Long Island Real Estate Search

What is a Buyer's Agent?

A Buyer’s Agent is the agent you are working with to find your home. It is imperative that you work with one real estate agent throughout your search. That agent will learn what you like and dislike and will invest a lot of time vetting properties for you. A buyer's agent also represents your best interest only, not the seller. When you call an agent who has listed the home you like (Listing Agent), you are dealing with the seller’s agent.

Is there a Cost When Using a Buyer's Agent?

The answer depends on the Agent you work with. Some agents require a Buyer Broker Agreement and will also charge their Buyer a Commission.

We are do NOT charge our Buyer's a commission, as every home listed on MLS offers compensation to a cooperating agent who brings the buyer.

We understand the importance of making a good investment and are committed to working with you to find a home that fits your needs and budget. Our clients are our top priority. We keep each client’s best interests at heart and advocate on their behalf to help find a home they love.
