Kerri's love for Real Estate came from her first home purchase in her early twenties. After 10 years at her Corporate Career, she decided to make the jump and took the plunge to pursue Real Estate and hasn't looked back!

Kerri holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Adelphi University specializing in Digital and Social Marketing. Her Marketing Specialties help efficiently sell homes and find as many potential buyers as possible.

In her free time, Kerri enjoys giving back to the Community and volunteers weekly at the Guide Dog Foundation, based in Smithtown, NY.

John comes from admirable 20+ Year Career with the NYPD, retiring as Lieutenant of Detectives. After retiring, John wanted to be able to continue to serve the community and was able to do just that as a Realtor.

His impressive skill set of leadership, tactical planning, negotiation and strategy implementation has successfully helped clients when Selling or Purchasing a home on Long Island.

In his free time, you will find him at the Gym, managing John and Kerri's Investment Properties.

In 2021, I had a very bad experience with Signature in Smithtown and they made me sign a 6 month contract. They wouldn’t let me get out of it so I had to wait for my contract to expire. This time I learned my lesson, I interviewed 6 different realtors and had 3 pages of questions. From the moment I met Kerri and John all my fears and anxiety were to put ease. They answered all my questions before I even asked, knew my community, all my wants and needs. They had professional pictures taken which I didn’t have before, drone shots, my floor plan so there were no surprises to any buyers walking into my home and even added more of their personal touch by creating the cutest video on my porch. They used every media outlet to market my house before it was even on the market and during. They were so organized with showing my home. My house sold in less than a week, where Signature couldn’t even get an offer in 6 months. I have learned the total difference between “just being a realtor” to what a “class act relator” is all about. This whole process is extremely stressful but Kerri and John were there for me every step of the way. They held my hand, hugged me when I needed it, became my therapist when I questioned if I should sell and always would pick up the phone to make sure that I was okay. I’m proud to say that they’re not just realtors, they have become my great friends whom I’ll never forget! I will always recommend anyone to Kerri and John because they will be with you from the beginning to the very end. I’ll even admit that I cried when I said goodbye to them at closing today! Love you guys and you will need to visit us in Paradise because we couldn’t be there without the both of you!
